For customers in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe, once your order has been placed and shipped from our warehouse, it typically takes between 7-20 days for your items to reach you.
However, please note that there may be occasional delays that can extend the delivery time. For international deliveries, the estimated delivery time is usually around 7-28 business days.
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy starting from the date of receipt.
To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that the items are returned in their original packaging. The product must be unused and unwashed, with all hang tags still attached, and include the proof of purchase. Kindly note that all returned products will be inspected upon receipt. In the event of a refund request, we will send you an email confirmation once we have received and inspected your returned item. Subsequently, you will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment. Yes. The best way to change your order is to contact our support as soon as possible. If an order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes and you would need to place a new order.
