Refund policy

Please note that our refund policy applies to all purchases made through ChillBraces™. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a hassle-free refund process. Kindly review the following information regarding refunds:

1. Refund Eligibility:
If you wish to request a refund, please do so within 12 hours of purchase, provided that your order has not yet been sent to the shipping department. After this time frame, refunds are not available. However, you may still return your package following the guidelines outlined below.

2. Return Conditions:
For a return to be eligible for a refund, the item must be unopened and unused, and it must be in its original packaging unless specified otherwise for certain products. Please ensure your returned product meets these conditions.

3. Returns within 30 Days:
Please be aware that our standard returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and select health and personal care items are non-returnable.

5. Partial Refunds:
In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This applies to items that show clear signs of use, or items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts, for reasons not attributable to our error. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are also subject to partial refunds.

6. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

7. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, we kindly ask you to take the following steps: first, double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted. If necessary, contact your bank. 8. Exchanges:
