DELIVERY TIMING
The delivery timeline consists of two stages:
- Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. Within 24 hours of placing your order, we send it to the carrier for dispatch. The carrier and the Post handle the orders, which normally takes an additional 1-3 days.
- Shipping time: – This refers to the duration it takes for products to be shipped from our warehouse to your chosen destination. – For customers in the US, CA, UK, and Europe, items generally arrive at their destination within 3-20 days after processing and leaving the warehouse. However, on certain occasions, it may take longer. – International delivery typically takes around 7-28 business days. Express Delivery time: Your package will be delivered within 12 days. If you have not received your item within 40 days, please do not hesitate to contact us.
SHIPPING METHODS
Free Shipping
Complete Delivery Insurance is available for ALL countries, except “Remote Areas” (Refer to the list at the bottom of this page).
– Covers delivery from our Warehouse to your Country (Local Postal Services) and to your Address!
*Partial Delivery Insurance is available for “Remote Areas” (Refer to the list at the bottom of this page) due to their high risk of delivery failure.
– Covers delivery from our Warehouse to your Country (Local Postal Services), but does not cover the delivery from your Country’s local postal services to your Address. This means that if the tracking system indicates that the package has reached your country and later shows that it has been lost or delivery has failed, you will not be eligible for a refund. The responsibility lies with the local postal service. You have the option to request redelivery through an Express Shipping method, which will incur additional charges. The reshipped products will be sent free of charge.
If your country is listed under “Remote Areas,” we strongly recommend using the Express Shipping method, which includes complete Delivery Insurance!
